In 2013, the Cherokee Garden Library asked BH&A to conduct a feasibility study for its endowment campaign. The results of the study were positive, and helped guide the library’s subsequent fundraising efforts. As of Spring 2015, the endowment campaign has almost reached its $2.5 million campaign goal.
About the Cherokee Garden Library
The Cherokee Garden Library is part of the Kenan Research Center at the Atlanta History Center. It is one of the premier horticultural libraries in the country with a collection of over 28,000 books, photographs, manuscripts, seed catalogs, and landscape drawings, all housed in a 33,000 square-foot, climate-controlled facility. The library served over 8,000 researchers in 2014.
